Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, small, waxy
- 300 ml olive oil, mild
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tsp garlic, pureed
- e.g. rosemary, fresh sprigs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the small potatoes, peel if necessary, and then halve them. Fill an ovenproof casserole dish with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic. Add the rosemary sprigs to the oil and arrange the potato halves on top. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
