Chicken breast fillet with almond and herb crust

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch parsley, or frozen parsley
  • 75 g almond(s), chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Tupperware Ultra Pro

Wash the fillets, pat dry, and then flatten. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and sear the meat vigorously on both sides. Then place it in the Ultra oven. Pick the parsley and finely chop the leaves. Crush the garlic cloves and stir them into the cream with the parsley. Fold the almonds, sour cream, and grated cheese into the cream mixture. Then season to taste. Pour the mixture over the meat and cook in a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and finish cooking uncovered. I recommend basmati rice as a side dish.
