Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 apricots, 300 g
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 300 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 100 ml whole milk
- apricot(s)
- Mint leaves
- Almond(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pour boiling water over the apricots, peel off the skins, halve, pit, and place in a tall container. Add lemon juice, honey, and almond butter and blend for 1-2 minutes. Mix with yogurt and milk and pour into tall glasses. Garnish with apricot slices, almond flakes, and mint, if desired, and serve immediately. Tip: You can also pour the shake into 4 tall dessert bowls, add 1-2 scoops of vanilla or fruit ice cream to each, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, and serve as a refreshing dessert. Per serving contains 9 g fat, 11 g protein, 38 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, and 540 kcal.
