Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 50 g melt-in-the-mouth flakes
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
- 100 ml milk, low-fat
- 30 g protein powder (cookies and cream)
- 5 g coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the egg yolks with the vanilla, add the milk, and mix with a whisk. Combine the instant flakes and protein powder and stir to combine. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan and pour the entire mixture into the pan. Fry over medium heat until the batter is firm and golden brown on the bottom. Divide the batter, flip, and fry the other side until golden brown. Finally, tear the Kaiserschmarrn into small pieces.
