Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almonds, ground
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp, heaped Stevia or other sugar substitute, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix all ingredients until smooth. With wet hands, roll into approximately 12-15 balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently flatten lengthwise and crosswise with a fork (to create a pattern). Bake for another 18-20 minutes and let cool. Drizzle with a ganache made from melted coconut oil mixed with cocoa powder, or decorate with nuts.
