Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of arugula
- 5 clementines
- 1 pack of halloumi
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard (balsamic vinegar mustard)
- 2 tbsp almond slivers, blanched

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the clementines and halloumi into small pieces. Fry the halloumi pieces in a pan until crispy. For the dressing, add olive oil to a bowl and stir in the honey and mustard. Transfer the salad to a bowl and toss well with the dressing. Arrange the arugula on plates, then top with the clementines and grilled halloumi pieces, and finally the almonds.
