  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 30 ml milk
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk. In a second bowl, combine the yogurt and milk, then fold in the remaining ingredients and whisk. Finally, add the egg and whisk everything together again. Brush a frying pan with a little oil and set over medium heat. Add a ladleful of batter to the pan. Peel and slice the banana. Cover the top of the pancake with one-third of the banana and flip. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side. This batter makes enough for about 3 pancakes. Serve with the syrup.
