Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 2 tsp Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for 4 muffins

Trim the edges of the toast and flatten with a rolling pin. Then place the bread in a muffin tin and shape. Top with bacon, Parmesan cheese, and egg, one after the other, and bake in the oven at approximately 170°C for about 20 minutes. Then let it cool and sprinkle with oregano.
