Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 12 m.-sized onion(s)
- 500 g bacon, diced
- 400 g flour, sifted
- 5 eggs
- 500 g cheese, grated, (Emmental)
- 500 ml sour cream
- spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Recipe without yeast dough base
Peel the onions and dice them finely if desired. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Seasoning isn’t necessary, as the bacon will release enough salt later, but season now if desired. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes (until the top starts to brown).
