Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g cocoa
- 30 g butter
- 200 ml milk
- 50 ml coffee
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 pinches of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pancakes, pancakes, quick, sweet, easy
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or blend until batter forms. Heat a little butter or oil in a small pan and add the batter with a ladle. Depending on the pancake diameter, add about 1.5 to 2 ladlefuls per pancake. Fry the pancakes for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with vanilla ice cream, kiwi, or banana.
