Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tortillas
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 g diced ham
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

With zucchini

1. Clean the zucchini and slice it thinly. Slice the onions into thin strips. 2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan-assisted). Place the tortilla strands on a baking sheet, spread a thin layer of sour cream, and top with diced raw ham, zucchini, and onions. Lightly salt and bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sweet paprika to serve. Per serving: 18 g protein, 36 g fat, 51 g carbohydrates = 618 kcal (2586 kJ)
