Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter of water
- 4 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp, leveled flour, e.g. wholemeal, wheat, or spelt flour
- 1 pinch of salt

Let the oatmeal soak in hot water for 4 hours. Add all ingredients to a blender and pour in the water. Blend everything on full speed for about 4 minutes. A hand blender will work in a pinch. Then strain through a cheesecloth. If you prefer a creamier flavor, use a fine tea strainer instead of a cheesecloth. (I personally prefer this.) Chill the milk and shake well before use.
