Magic cabbage soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of white cabbage (medium)
  • 2 Celery
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 1.3 kg carrot(s)
  • 3 can/n tomatoes, (pieces)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • chili powder
  • Caraway, (ground)
  • 2 liters of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables, and place them in a large pressure cooker with the chopped tomatoes. Season generously with chili powder and caraway seeds. This adds a kick and helps your gut. Add 2 liters of vegetable broth and steam for 8 minutes. We love to eat this magical vegetable soup after the “big fat” holidays or just when things are tight. It tastes incredibly delicious, warms you up, and, to top it all off, is healthy too! Enjoy and have fun preparing it!
