Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 10 gherkins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can beans (dwarf beans), white
  • some vinegar
  • ½ tube(s) mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, boil the potatoes with the skin on until soft. Then, peel and slice them into small pieces. Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them with an egg slicer. Add them to the potatoes. Chop the gherkins and add them. Then, add the beans. Mix all the ingredients together. Finally, combine with the vinegar and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Tip: Of course, you can vary the quantities of the individual ingredients according to your taste.
