Gorgonzola and leek vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • e.g. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweet Gorgonzola
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the leek thoroughly, then slice it thinly. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the leek for about 3 minutes. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Add the salt carefully. Add the Gorgonzola to the pan and stir until melted. Deglaze with the milk and mix everything until smooth.
