- 2 rice cakes, unsalted
- 250 g Skyr
- 5 g spelt pops
- 15 g chocolate, dark
- n. B. Vanilla flavour powder

Mix the skyr with the flavor powder and the crushed rice cakes and pour into a bowl. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the skyr mixture. Garnish with puffed spelt and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate is crisp and firm. Optionally, garnish with Kinder Country.
