Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 125 g mushrooms
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 small bunch of chives
- Butter, for frying
- 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Delicious scrambled eggs, easy to make
Wash and dice the bell peppers. Finely chop the chives, trim and slice the mushrooms. Combine salt, pepper, nutmeg, Gouda cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, and eggs. Add the butter to the pan and melt. Now add the egg and vegetable mixture to the pan. Add a little milk. Stir continuously until the egg is set. Divide among plates and garnish with the chive curls.
