Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork fillet(s)
- 2 jars of mushrooms, small jars
- 10 small onions, or six large ones
- 800 ml cream
- 2 packs of Camembert(s)
- 4 tsp, heaped beef broth, instant
- Sauce thickener, dark
- salt and pepper
- Fat, for the dish and for frying
Instructions

Cut the fillet into approximately 1-2 cm thick slices and sear in a pan on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Place the fillet slices in a greased baking dish. Slice the onions into rings and sear them with the mushrooms in the same frying fat, season, and spread over the fillet. In the same pan, mix the cream with the beef broth, thicken with a little gravy thickener, and pour into the baking dish. Slice the Camembert and arrange on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, covered for about 10 minutes, then uncovered for another 10 minutes.
