Mango and feta salad with mint

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 180 g feta cheese
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp, levelled chili flakes, dried
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and core the mango, and cut into small cubes. Dice the feta cheese, cucumber, and tomatoes. Chop the mint and mix with the other ingredients. Season the salad with white wine vinegar and honey. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
