Garlic mushrooms in wine with pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle, green
  • butter
  • 400 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 2 tsp mustard, sweet
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche with herbs
  • e.g. chopped parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual according to the package instructions. Then drain through a sieve. Sauté the mushrooms and garlic in melted butter. Add the white wine and broth and simmer for about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and paprika. Then toss with the pasta and crème fraîche and serve sprinkled with parsley.
