Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g salmon fillet(s), fresh
- 1 small shallot(s)
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 25 g liquid honey
- 20 g coarse-grained mustard
- e.g. Dill, fresh
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Skin and bone the salmon if necessary, trimming any gray fat. Finely chop the salmon. Finely chop the shallot. Pluck and chop the dill (reserve a few sprigs for garnish). Mix everything well in a bowl until a slightly more compact mixture forms. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
