Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g green spelt (green spelt meal)
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 small eggs
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

vegetarian, low in histamine

Bring the green spelt and broth to a boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pot stand for another 20 minutes. Mix the garlic, onion, and herbs, if desired, into the green spelt, season well, and add the eggs. Form into small patties and fry in oil.
