Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, light, with honey
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch(s) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garden cress
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 100 g red grapes
  • 50g Gorgonzola
  • 60 g lettuce, organic color

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A single salad

In a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, and cress. Halve the washed grapes and add them. Finely dice the cheese and mix in. Tear the washed lettuce into bite-sized pieces and fold in. Arrange the salad in a bowl, garnish, and serve. Portioned accordingly, it also makes a great appetizer. 530 kcal per serving.
