Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls (rye rolls)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 4 slices of raw ham
  • 2 half bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bed of cress
  • 1 bed of cress (red radish cress)
  • e.g. cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly chili powder
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the bread rolls according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the bell peppers and the avocado flesh. Brown the ham. Then, in the same pan, cook the fried eggs and season with the spices. Turn them over briefly. They should still have a runny yolk. When the rolls are done, cut them open, spread them with cream cheese, and top with lettuce, bell peppers, avocado, and the fried ham. Top with the egg and cress.
