Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 gherkins with stevia for low carb
- 2 slices of processed cheese
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 tbsp oil
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Salt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp cucumber juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar

Wash and tear the iceberg lettuce, then arrange it on the plates. Slice the onion into rings and fry it with the minced meat in a pan. Mash the minced meat as finely as possible. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the gherkins and tear the melted cheese into pieces and arrange it on the salad. Once the minced meat is cooked, spread it over the cheese to melt. Make a cocktail sauce with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
