Tomato and mozzarella salad with egg and salmon ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 10 mini mozzarella
  • 5 slices of salmon ham
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions, red
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

simple, low carb

Wash and chop the tomatoes. Then halve the mozzarella balls and place them in a bowl with the tomatoes. Chop the eggs, smoked ham, and onions and add them. Season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar to taste, and toss the salad. Let stand for 30 minutes. Garnish with basil and/or parsley, if desired.
