Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of bread, e.g. wholemeal or multigrain bread
  • 1 tbsp ricotta or other cream cheese
  • 1 fig(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp seeds, as a topping, e.g. chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds etc.
  • some herbs as a topping, e.g. mint, basil, etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread the ricotta on the slice of bread. Slice the fig and arrange it on the bread. Drizzle the bread with honey and garnish with a topping of seeds, kernels, and herbs.
