Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of bread (whole grain sprouted bread)
- 2 tbsp, heaped hummus
- 3 cucumber slices
- 2 tomato slices
- 2 slices of avocado
- ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
- ¼ cup carrot(s), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Toast the bread and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice. Top with the remaining ingredients and serve.
