Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of bread (whole grain sprouted bread)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped hummus
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 2 slices of avocado
  • ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • ¼ cup carrot(s), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toast the bread and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice. Top with the remaining ingredients and serve.
