Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg ribs, meaty pork ribs
- salt and pepper
- Mustard, medium hot
- 750 g potatoes
- butter
- Caraway, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Rub the pork ribs with mustard and season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Place them on a baking sheet. Peel and quarter the potatoes, and arrange them on the baking sheet. Salt the potatoes, season with a little caraway seeds, and scatter a few more knobs of butter over the potatoes. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes, turning frequently, until crispy.
