Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g celeriac
- 200 g carrot(s)
- ½ can pineapple pieces
- 1 apple
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper

Peel and slice the celery and carrots. Wash and quarter the apple, and remove the core. Place everything in the mixing bowl of your Thermomix or Monsieur Cuisine. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, and pepper, and chop everything for 5 seconds on speed 5 (MC: 8 seconds, speed 6, using the turbo button for a short time if necessary). Season again with salt and pepper. A few chopped walnuts also taste delicious sprinkled on top. If you don’t have a food processor, you can simply coarsely grate all the ingredients.
