Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g apple
- 150 g pear(s)
- 100 g celery
- 2 tbsp mustard (delicatessen)
- 150 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- ½ bunch dill, chopped
- 3 tbsp onion(s) (pearl onion), from the jar
- 300 g crab
- 5 g walnuts, chopped
- Salad (radicchio leaves), for serving
- Dill for garnishing
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Thinly slice the apple, pear, and celery. Combine the mustard, creamed yogurt, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper with the dill. Mix the sauce with the apples, pears, pearl onions, and crab. Serve on radicchio leaves and sprinkle with walnuts and dill.
