Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 onions
  • 600 g potatoes, new
  • 1 bunch marjoram
  • 1 bunch of thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with milk

Peel the onions and potatoes and slice them thinly. Mix the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain the mozzarella and slice it. Grease a baking dish and layer half of the potatoes. Sprinkle with the seasoning mix. Add the onions and half of the mozzarella. Season again. Cover with the remaining potato slices and season again. Top with the remaining mozzarella and pour the milk over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 1.5 hours.
