Farmer’s Hand Cheese with Music
The perfect farmer’s hand cheese with music recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Well-Ripened farmer’s hand cheese 100 g
- 1 Onion approx. 100 g
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil or olive oil
- 2 tbsp Light rice vinegar or Light vinegar
- 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- 6 Slices of farmer’s bread
- Butter
- Salt
- Water, beer, wine or cider
- Peel onion and chop finely. Diced onions with sunflower oil (4 tbsp), light rice vinegar (2 tbsp). Mix whole caraway seeds (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Divide the farmer’s hand cheese into 4 trulles, add them to the onion marinade or cover with them and leave for a few hours Then the hand cheese is wonderfully drawn. Spread the farmer’s hand cheese with the marinade on 2 plates and garnish with parsley, serve. Serve with farmhouse bread, butter and salt. Beverage options: water, beer, wine or cider.
