Tomato Farmer’s Hand Cheese Platter
The perfect tomato farmer’s hand cheese platter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Large tomatoes about 250 g
- 150 g Farmer’S hand cheese (¾)
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Balsamic Cream (here: Mazzetti Cremoso)
- Bread or baguette
- Butter
- Remove the stem from the tomatoes, wash and cut into slices. Cut Bauer hand cheese into slices. Arrange farmers’ hand cheese slices with the tomato slices in layers on a plate and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and decorate / garnish with balsamic cream, Serve with bread or baguette and butter.
