Farmer’s Hand Cheese with Side Dish

- 1 Farmer’S hand cheese 200 g
- 4 Tomatoes approx. 200 g
- 2 Small, round radishes approx. 100 g
- 2 Radish
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 8 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp Cut basil
- 2 Stalk Basil for garnish
- Bread and / or rolls and / or baguette
- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices. Clean / peel the radishes, halve and cut into slices. Clean, wash and decoratively cut the radishes. Separate the farmer’s hand cheese into 4 trolleys. Alternate the tomato and radish slices on 2 plates. Add the farmer’s hand cheese and garnish with radishes. Sprinkle the tomato and radish slices with olive oil (1 tablespoon each) and sprinkle with basil. Finally, season both plates with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches each) and colorful pepper from the mill (4 big pinches), garnish with basil stalks and serve.
