Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 ml water
  • ½ Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 5 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • n. B. blue cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

For the dough, put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the fresh yeast and sugar. Sprinkle the salt on the sides, add the oil, gradually add the water, and prepare the dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Cut the pumpkin into small wedges and then sauté for about five minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it on a baking sheet. Spread with crème fraîche, arrange the pumpkin on top, and sprinkle with fresh thyme. If you can’t find fresh thyme, you can also use dried thyme. Finally, cut the blue cheese into pieces and sprinkle evenly over the pizza. Drizzle with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, and bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes until crispy.
