Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside – perfect Sunday rolls made easily at home
Put the flour in a bowl, make a well, and crumble in the fresh yeast. Add the other ingredients, sprinkle the salt on the sides, and prepare the dough. Knead the dough for a long time and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. Form the dough into balls (you can also shape them ovally). Place the balls on a baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between them, and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, score the rolls with a sharp knife. To do this, hold the knife under water first to make cutting easier. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle the rolls with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
