Creamy potatoes in a casserole dish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 400 g sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 400 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender (the potatoes shouldn’t be too soft), let them cool slightly, and then slice them.
