  • 5 g butter
  • 110 g pizza dough from the refrigerated counter
  • 50 g cream

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Cut a piece of baking paper to fit the round pizza pan (mine is 16 cm in diameter). Roll out the dough to fit, place it on the baking paper in the pizza pan, and prick it several times with a fork. Bake the dough on the middle rack for about 8-10 minutes. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the finely diced onion. Grate the carrots into the pan, stir, and sauté covered over low heat for about seven minutes. Season with sugar, salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Change the oven setting to 180 degrees Celsius (fan oven). Top the slightly cooled dough with the carrots. Pour the cream over the carrots and cover with the cheese. Bake the pizza on the same rack for about 15 minutes. Cooking time may vary. Arrange the pizza on a plate, garnish, and serve. 720 kcal per serving.
