Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g applesauce
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • n. B. Powder, (chocolate)
  • n. B. cane sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick to make and delicious as a dessert or snack!

Half-fill small bowls with applesauce and completely cover the surface with chocolate powder. Cover this with natural yogurt and oatmeal and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Add another layer of applesauce and sprinkle with sugar. Garnish as desired (chocolate chips, mint leaves, whipped cream, etc.). Not only does it look great, it’s low in calories and delicious!
