Ice cream without an ice cream maker

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-large banana(s), very ripe, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g apricot(s), dried
  • 30 g dark chocolate, vegan, 85% cocoa content, broken into small pieces
  • 200 ml cream substitute, vegan
  • 200 g raspberries and strawberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the banana, apricots, chocolate, and whipped cream in a tall bowl and blend briefly with an immersion blender. Then add the berries or other favorite frozen fruit and blend until smooth. Serve the ice cream with raspberry, strawberry, or chocolate syrup, fresh fruit, and cookie crumbs, or enjoy it on its own as a shake! Tip: It also freezes perfectly as a popsicle.
