Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 onions, red
  • 6 large vine tomatoes
  • 1 snake cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 class jar of mayonnaise, e.g. Miracel Whip
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

vegetarian, ideal as a side dish for barbecue

Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Slice the eggs and radishes, and dice the rest. Layer the salad in order. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and season well with salt and pepper. Important: Pour the dressing over the salad 1.5 hours before eating to give it a nice crispy texture.
