Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- pepper
- Herbs
- 100 g cheese

For the dough: Knead together flour, water, olive oil, the egg, and a pinch of salt. Let the dough rest while you prepare the remaining ingredients. For the sauce: Depending on the size, remove about 3 canned tomatoes, trim off the green parts and any remaining skin. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Puree both together with the salt. Season with pepper, finely chop the herbs, and add them. Grate the cheese and, depending on your desired topping, chop it further if necessary. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 220°C (top and bottom heat). Roll out the dough on the baking tray, spread the sauce on it, and then add the topping and cheese in any order. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes. This recipe serves 2-3 people, depending on how hungry you are.
