Smokey's pear and plum breakfast with cinnamon yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pear(s), ripe
  • 3 plums
  • 6 halved walnuts, chopped
  • 150 g natural yogurt (or bifidus)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Always different combinations for breakfast

Mix the yogurt with the cinnamon and honey thoroughly and place in a deep plate. Cut the unpeeled pear into thin slices, remove the core, and pit the plums, also cutting them into thin slices. Arrange both pieces in a circle on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle the nuts on top.
