Homemade juicy fruit yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 1 large pear(s)
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes with pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey (wildflower honey)
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt (0.1% fat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, thinly slice the banana and add it to the bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of raisins, oats, and honey. Then, finely chop the pear and add it to the bowl. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together (not too much, or the yogurt will become mushy).
