Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized watermelon(s)
  • 1 package of feta cheese
  • 50 g olives
  • 1 m.-sized cucumber(s)
  • 4 tbsp, heaped seasoning mix (Food Finisher Salad & Bowl)
  • 16 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

First, slice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and divide them among four plates. Next, cut the feta cheese and watermelon into medium-sized pieces and place them on top of the cucumber slices. Drain the olives and scatter them over the salad. Garnish the salad with basil and finally sprinkle the seasoning mix over the salad.
