- 50 g watermelon(s), seedless
- 50 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil, mild
- 1 sprig of oregano
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 cucumber(s)

Instructions

Peel the garlic and onion and cut them into thin rings or slices. Fry them together in a pan in a little hot oil until they begin to brown, then let them cool. Remove the watermelon rind and cut the flesh into 0.5-1 cm cubes. Cut the cucumber and feta cheese into 0.5-1 cm cubes. Pluck the oregano leaves from the stems, finely chop them, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
