Cheese sandwich with herb ketchup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of white bread, vegan
  • 2 slice(s) cheese substitute with herbs, vegan
  • 2 small gherkins
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp dried herbs of Provence
  • some salt and pepper
  • some margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thin the ketchup with the water. Then stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Spread the bread slices with margarine. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Spread the herb ketchup on top. Slice the gherkins and place them on top. Top each sandwich with a slice of bread and cut the sandwiches in half.
