Pepper and corn salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 can of corn, approx. 330 g
  • 3 tbsp, heaped salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • some garlic
  • 1 tbsp germ oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and deseed the bell peppers. Peel the onion. Finely dice the bell peppers, feta cheese, and onion and place them in a bowl. Drain the corn in a sieve, add it, and mix everything thoroughly. Combine the salad cream, garlic, germ oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and season to taste.
