Cauliflower meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg cauliflower
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp savory
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water until tender, or even better, steam it. Drain and knead with flour to form a dough. Add the remaining ingredients and fry the patties in hot oil until crispy on both sides. Serve with rice or vegetable rice.
